M10 BOOKER COMBAT VEHICLE SPARES FOR INITIAL FIELDING

This is a 5-year requirements contract for M10 Booker Non-Provisioned Spares in Support of Initial Fielding, to be fulfilled through a combination of Authorized Stockage List (ASL), Spares Acquisition Integrated with Production (SAIP), Special Tools and Test Equipment (STTE), and Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) for Booker Vehicles. This contract is awarded on a sole source basis to GDLS under 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), as implemented under FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements,” specifically, FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), “Unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency’s requirements.”
