FY26 BOMBER AGILE COMMON HANGAR - TINKER AIR FORCE BASE (TAFB), OK

This acquisition was a competitive solicitation for a firm-fixed-price construction contract awarded under the Best Value Trade-Off process, using Bifurcated procedures. A “C” type contract was awarded under NAICS code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The requirement was a full and open competition (unrestricted) under FAR Part 15 procedures.

Best value was determined using the tradeoff selection process in accordance with FAR Part 15.3, Source Selection, and associated supplements, and the instructions and evaluation criteria included under Section 00 21 00 and 00 22 11 of the solicitation. Award was made to the contractor whose proposal was deemed to represent the best value to the Government. This Formal Source Selection was conducted in accordance with the procedures described in the FAR, DFARS, AFARS, the DoD Army Source Selection Supplement.
