W912BV25QA037 Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) Purchase

The base contract award shall provide to the government a new 4x4 side-by-side UTV in accordance with Product Specifications provided below. An optional award shall be for a 2nd UTV to match precise specifications of the base award. The government intends to procure 2 UTV?s, however, only 1 UTV may be procured, funding dependent. UTV(s) shall be delivered to the Council Grove Project Office at 945 Lake Rd, Council Grove, KS 66846. All costs associated with the procurement shall be included in the total cost.

Delivery shall be accomplished during normal work hours of 0800-1630 Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Any work outside the standard hours shall be requested in writing to the Contracting Officer a minimum of 3 business days in advance. Delivery time and date shall be coordinated after contract award.
