Pre-Solicitation Notice Janitorial Services for Pat Mayse Lake Office W912BV24Q0005 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV24Q0005 for Janitorial Services for Pat Mayse Lake Office. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $22M.

The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis for one (1) base period and four (4) option periods to be exercised at the Government’s discretion, to the responsible offeror whose quote is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, past performance, and conformance with sub-contracting regulations. The anticipated award date is on or about 03/28/2024.

The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/. It is the contractor’s responsibility to monitor the above-listed internet address for any posted changes. All amendments posted shall be signed and submitted with the quote. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or about 12/4/2023. Quotes are anticipated to be due on or about 1/8/2024.

Contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at time of quote in order to receive a Government contract award. SAM registration must also be active at time of award in order to receive a Government contract award. SAM registrations shall remain active throughout contract performance in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements.
