Repair Industrial Waste Treatment Facility, TAC Complex, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma

Project Title: Repair Industrial Waste Treatment System, TAC Complex, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This solicitation and resulting contract are utilizing a Two-Step Sealed Bidding procurement method as described in FAR Part 14.5. This solicitation is the Step-One which is a request for technical proposals only. Bid Bonds are not required to be submitted with the Step-One technical proposal.

In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00The NAICS Code for this project is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standard $45.0 Million. See attachment for full details of this Step-One IFB. This posting is related to the Pre-solicitation Notice under the same number W912BV23B0004. Amendment 0003 is issued to the Step 1 offerors determined to be acceptable in accordance with Section 00 22 00.

Amendment 0004 is issued to replace the CLIN Schedule and issue Final Plan Set.

Amendment 0006 is issued to extend the bid date, replace the bid schedule, and update specifications and drawings.

Amendment 0007 is issued to extend the bid date to 03 November 2023.

Amendment 0008 is issued to extend the bid date to 30 November 2023.

Amendment 0009 is issued to extend the bid date to 13 December 2023 and to update the wage determination.

Amendment 0010 is issued to extend the bid date to 31 January 2024.

Amendment 0011 is issued to extend the bid date to 23 February 2024, provide contractors with an updated specification package, update wage determination OK20230026 to OK20240026, dated 01/05/2024, and to reopen Projnet for a brief period of time. Projnet will close for new inquiries on 30 January 2024 at 5:00 PM CST.
