Overhaul for S/V Reconnaissance

This Solicitation, W912BU25QA015, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), per the below:

OVERHAUL THE SURVEY VESSEL (S/V) RECONNAISSANCE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL ENGINEERING, DESIGN, LABOR, SERVICES, EQUIPMENT, PARTS AND MATERIALS NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE DRYDOCKING AND REPAIRS LISTED IN THIS CONTRACT. DRAWINGS, EQUIPMENT OR MATERIALS TO BE FURNISHED BY THE GOVERNMENT WILL BE SPECIFICALLY LISTED IN THE APPROPRIATE SECTION.

UNLESS SPECIFICALLY LISTED, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ASSUME NO DRAWINGS, EQUIPMENT OR MATERIALS WILL BE FURNISHED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND SHALL SUBMIT OFFER ACCORDINGLY Period of Performance: The Government will deliver the rescueboat to the contractor's facility for recertification. The contractor shall provide transport anddeliver the rescue boat and trailer upon completion of recertification to theDredge McFARLAND at Fort Mifflin and include all costs herein.

Clauses and Provisions are available online at https://www.acquisition.gov. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business under NAICS Code 336611. The small business size standard is 1300 employees Quotes shall be emailed to Domenic Sestito at Domenic.L.Sestito@usace.army.mil and Matthew Rhoads at Matthew.T.Rhoads@usace.army.mil . Quotes shall include pricing information, vendor CAGE code, and Unique Entity identification number (UEI). All vendors must be registered and active in SAM.gov.

Prior to the award of this Contract, the Contractor shall enter into a "Mastership Agreement for Repair and Alteration of Vessels". If the Contractor has entered such an agreement prior to this Contract, that agreement may be utilized. For more information, see DFARS Subpart 252.217-71, Master Agreement for Repair and Alteration of Vessels. There will be a Mileage Surcharge Evaluation Factor. See section M of the solicitation.
