W912BU-24-Q-0005 FE Walter Dam Tar and Chip Roadway

The intent of this acquisition is to provide a service contract for application of a single bituminous seal coat for specified areas under Section 3, Performance Requirements. Four separate areas will be identified and treated as separate contracting line items. This agreement will include a base plus three options.

Each line item will require a road sweeping and filling of any applicable potholes with hot patch before the seal coat is applied, a post road sweeping via a “pick-up style” broom once the application is furnished, and line striping and road markings to finalize the procedure. All products used must meet Pennsylvania Department of Transportation standards for single bituminous seal coat in Publication 447, and all striping paint must meet specifications in Publication 408.
