Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) in support of the Defense Commissary Agency is seeking for solutions for Enterprise Grocery Product Content Creation, Management, and Syndication SaaS Solution

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is a component of the Department of War (DoW) that provides enterprise-wide mission support to all United States (U.S.) uniformed services, including the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard, in both continental United States (CONUS) and outside of the continental United States (OCONUS) locations. DeCA’s mission is to deliver a vital benefit of the military compensation package that improves quality of life and readiness by providing grocery items at significant savings to military personnel and their families. DeCA operates a global system of 235 commissaries across 45 states, 13 countries, and two U.S. territories, with approximately 3,000 checkout lanes. To support modern, multi-channel retail operations, DeCA requires a robust, centralized enterprise capability to acquire, create, validate, manage, and syndicate product images, digital assets, specifications, dimensions, metadata, and related content. This system is essential for driving digital commerce, in-store merchandising, automated planogramming, marketing, and global store operations.

DeCA manages a highly diverse, worldwide grocery portfolio. Accurate, consistent, and timely product content is critical across multiple downstream business functions, including eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, category management, shelf planning, and physical store operations. 

DeCA is seeking an integrated Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution combining centralized Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) capabilities with content creation services, supplier collaboration tools, and automated system integration.
