The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District hereby announces a solicitation for “Basin Mining Area Road Repair”. The solicitation will close on 06 June 2025 at 2pm Central Time. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Road repair services at Basin Mining Area, Operable Unit 5 (OU5) and Operable Unit 6 (OU6), in Basin, Montana.

NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a size standard of $45.0M. Please be advised of on-line registration requirements in the System for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual Representations and Certifications. Representations and Certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update.
