2024 Flood Response and Recovery

**DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 12 JULY 2024** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District is seeking sources interested in competing for contracts for temporary levees and levee repairs. Contracts may most likely, but not limited to, be issued for locations in western Iowa, eastern and central Nebraska and eastern South Dakota. Suppliers of construction materials such as riprap, sand, gravel, sand bags, Hesco and plastic are also sought.

A pre-construction survey, photograph log, and post-construction survey will be in the contract requirements. Competively bid contracts with estimated quantities and variation in quantity clause using firm fixed-price unit rates are anticipated. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District may issue solicitations on an expedited basis with as little as a 6-hour response time. Solicitations will most likely not be advertised on www.sam.gov.
