Off erors shall return the acknow ledged (signed) amendment with an updated price proposal or a verification that the previously submitted price proposal remains valid no later than 2:00 p.m. CDT on 03 September 2024. The proposal acceptance period w ill remain from 90 days from 08 July 2024. Added the word "approximately" in front of equal in paragraph 3.4 of the DIV 00 22 00. Added the evaluation criteria for the Small Business Subcontractor Plan to DIV 00 22 16 paragraph 12 if you are other than Small Business and the apparent awardee.
