Per the solicitation documents, this is a two-phase solicitation and those interested parties who did not submit a proposal in phase 1 will not be evaluated in phase 2. Purpose of this update on 01 April 2021 is to post the list of Firms/POCs who participated in the virtual site visit.

Purpose of this update on 25 March 2021 is to post Amendment 0001 for Solicitation W9128F20R0002. This notice is for solicitation issuance for construction of the Consolidated Space Operations Facility (CSOF) located at Schriever AFB, Colorado. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED AND OPEN TO BOTH LARGE AND SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION.

Project Description: This project will consist of constructing a two-story CSOF with reinforced concrete foundation, steel structure, and a low slope membrane roof and the construct of a one-story entry control facility at the south side of the restricted area. Project will comply with all applicable DoD, Air Force, and base design standards. In addition, local materials and construction techniques shall be used where cost effective.

Facilities will be designed as permanent construction in accordance with the DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 1-200-01, "General Building Requirements" and UFC 1-200-02, "High Performance and Sustainable Building Requirements." This project will comply with DoD antiterrorism/force protection requirements per UFC 4-010-01, "DoD Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings" and include cybersecurity measures per UFC 4-010-06, "Cybersecurity of Facility-Related Control Systems."

The Contractor will be required to commence work within 10 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) and complete the work in the proposed number of calendar days (Not to Exceed 1400 calendar days) after receipt of NTP. Clauses will be included for Liquidated Damages in case of failure to complete the work in the time allowed. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. The project specifications, applicable drawings and instructions to offerors are included in the attached documents.
