The US Army Corps of Engineeres (USACE), Honolulu Distrtict (POH) received approval to award a sole source contract for Commercial and Public Property Debris Removal. The resultant contract was awarded to Hui Huliau Technology Services LLC (HHTS), Waianae, HI.
