Pool 2 Park Cleaning Services Pine Bluff Project Office/Arkansas Post Field Office

This requirement is to provide Park Cleaning Services in parks and facilities located in the Pine Bluff Site Office/Arkansas Post Field Office area. These services shall require work to include but not be limited to inspection, policing of grounds and cleaning of facilities.

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to ensure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, maps, drawings, attachments, appendices, exhibits, applicable laws, regulations, codes and directives. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

This contract will consist of a Base + 2 Option Periods. Please refer to the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for site visit details.

The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to Complete fill-in data in RFO 52.217-9, Change recency years from 3 years to 6 years in RFO provision 52.212-2, Provide updated RFO provision 52.229-11, Provide updated RFO clause 52.229-12, Include Site-Visit Attendance List, Include Questions and Answers, Incorporate revised Service Contract Wage Determination 2015-5133 dated 30 July 2026 and supersedes all other versions, and Provide revised Performance Work Statement based on questions and answers. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to incorporate revised Service Contract Wage Determination 2015-5133 dated 17 August 2026 which supersedes all other versions.
