This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W9127S26QA027 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06.

Set Aside, NAICS Code & Size Standard: This solicitation is being procured as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.NAICS Code is 237990, Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction - Land drainage contractors, with the applicable size standard of $45M. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Non-personal service to keep specified drainage ditches, culverts, beaver screen, and gates free flowing - free from beaver dams, log jams, debris, and other obstructions and trapping of nuisance animals. SEE ATTACHMENTS Place(s) and date(s) of performance: -Services shall be performed in Johson, Pope, Logan, Yell and Franklin Counties in Arkansas. -Dates of performance will be as follows:
