0TVX6, UEI: E4YNKP3DCCN5), located at Tulsa, Oklahoma to provide office furniture and associated items, including installation, for outfitting workspaces of the Emergency Management and Security Office Room 6416 and the ESF#3 Office (located at the MKARNS Warehouse in North Little Rock, AR). Sole source rationale is continuity during the integration of a Security Office into existing Emergency Management Office infrastructure.
