Virgin Islands ARNG Estate Nazareth HVAC Services

The Virgin Islands Army National Guard (VIARNG) requires monthly HVAC maintenance services for facilities located at the Estate Nazareth Military Compound on St. Thomas. Service include but are not limited to cleaning condensers/air handlers, replacing filters, lubricating parts, cleaning drain pans/lines, checking for leaks, washing coils, and cleaning vents/registers. In addition, the contractor shall also conduct repairs as needed, and be available for routine service calls when units are not operational.

Amendment 0001 incorporates the Government Responses to Industry Questions, an updated PWS, and site visit information. A Government led site visit will occur at 10:00AM AST on 10 September 2026. Offerors shall contact the POCs listed below to submit a list of names of site visit attendees. POCs shall provide site visit specifics such as meeting place and compound entry requirements.
