Amendment 02

7 August 2026 The Purpose of this amendment is to:

1. replace Section 01 10 10.00 25 CONTRACTORS OPERATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS with the attached Section 01 10 10.00 25 CONTRACTORS OPERATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS (see changes in red strikethrough and green font) and 2. replace solicitation attachment 2026_06_05_MCR_NJ_BCOES_QC_R_BACKCHECK_PLANSET with attachment 2026_08_07_MCR_NJ_BCOES_QC_R_BACKCHECK_PLANSET which contains a signed Sheet G-001. To gain access to these attachments, follow the procedures outlined in Amendment 01. If your organization has already gained access to solicitation attachments via the procedures outlined in Amendment 01, then your organization will automatically be granted access to these attachments.

Amendment 01

16 July 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to add the PLANSET attachment file. Due to CMMC access requirements, in order to gain access to this attachment, please verify your organization has a minimum CMMC Level 1 Self verification and submit your CMMC Unique Identifier Number and CAGE Code via email to david.m.cook@usace.army.mil and Justin.f.figueredo@usace.army.mil.
