Fabrication and Delivery of MU 12 Rotor Cooling Fins for The Dalles Dam, The Dalles, OR U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 13 January 2024 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation W9127N25Q0008 for the purchase of a total 256 rotor cooling fin assemblies and locking tabs for delivery to The Dalles Lock and Dam, The Dalles, OR, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please see the attached Scope of Work and associated drawing for all specifications and delivery information. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07.

This solicitation is advertised as unrestricted under NAICS Code 332999 All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing (SB Size Standard 750 employees). All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The government requests quotes for the following items:

0001: First Article Test (FAT) Top Fin Assembly & Locking Tabs, QTY: 1.0 Each (EA)

0002: First Article Test (FAT) Bottom Fin Assembly & Locking Tabs, QTY: 1.0 Each (EA)

0003: Top Fin Assembly & Locking Tabs, QTY: 127.0 Each (EA)

0004: Bottom Fin Assembly & Locking Tabs, QTY: 127.0 Each (EA) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. For offerors with a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), complete paragraph (b) of the provision and submit with the response to the RFQ.
