COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W9127N24Q0108 ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES for The Dalles Lock and Dam, The Dalles, OR U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 12 July 2024 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation W9127N24Q0108 for the purchase of Elevator Maintenance Services for The Dalles Lock and Dam, The Dalles, Wasco Country, Oregon, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for all specifications and periods of performance. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05.

This solicitation is advertised as unrestricted under NAICS Code 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance (SB Size Standard $12.5M in annual receipts). All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.

The government requests quotes for the following items: see Table on Page 1 of the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items.

For offerors with a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), complete paragraph (b) of the provision and submit with the response to the RFQ. *As of 22 July 2024, Amendment W9127N24Q0108-0001 is posted to announce the Government's intention of holding a site visit at The Dalles Dam, Exit 88 Interstate I-84, The Dalles, OR, 97050, to begin no later than 10:30AM PST, Tuesday, 23 July 2024. Interested vendors shall email the name and status of citizenship (US citizens only) of all attendees to Jon MacAdam, jonathan.g.macadam@usace.army.mil, the day prior.
