This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N24Q0055 for the purchase of 2 EA. Eaton-brand Magnum DS Medium Voltage Breakers, for the John Day Project, Rufus, OR, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please see the attached Purchase Description for all specifications and delivery information.

The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This solicitation is advertised as unrestricted under NAICS Code 335999 - All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment & Component Manufacturing (SB Size Standard 600 employees). All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
