(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, as revised by the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number W9126G26QA105 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for non-personal services to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, and supervision necessary to perform flood control embankment and levee mowing and trimming services at Hords Creek, OC Fisher, and Proctor Lakes, Texas.This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 561730 with a size standard of $9.5M.
This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Note: Equipment used for Dam Embankment and Levee mowing is required to be certified by the Manufacturer or a Registered Professional Engineer to operate safely on a maximum twenty-seven (27) degree angle of incline (1 on 2.0), in accordance with PWS Paragraph 4.2.1.(iv) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point: Services will be ordered on an as-needed basis via task orders at Hords Creek, OC Fisher, and Proctor Lakes. Destination acceptance applies.
