This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04 effective 5/1/2024, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 3/26/2024. The NAICS code for this requirement is 721110 with a size standard of $40M or 721120 with a size standard of $40M. Both Casino and non?Casino venues are acceptable. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is X1AB Lease/rental Of Conference Space and Facilities.

Monday May 20, 2024 SOLICITATION CLOSING TIME: 11:59 PM PDT Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all the stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Interested offeror quotations shall be valid for at least 15 days after the solicitation close date.

Requirement Description: The Nevada National Guard requires a conference room meeting space and banquet meals to facilitate a Yellow Ribbon Event, on Saturday, July 27, 2024. The facility will accommodate a dining and training space for approximately 780 Nevada National Guard Service Members, Spouse/Significant Other, and their dependent children and youth, ages 0-18 Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) documents with event specifications, venue requirement and deliverables.

Fill out and return attached Pricing Sheet with your bid submission. **The Government has budgeted a fixed amount for this event. The requirement is for a 4-Star venue and offerors must propose a venue as such. However, offerors are encouraged to submit a priced option alternative proposing a 3-Diamond venue with all other requirements unchanged as stated in the Performance Work Statement. This priced option will only be considered if the 4-Star venue exceeds budget.**
