Amendment 001 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions from interested vendors. The response date for offers is NOT extended. Please see attachment - Amendment 001 Questions and Answers.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03 effective 02/23/2024, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 03/26/2024. The NAICS code for this requirement is 721214 Recreational and Vacation Camps (except Campgrounds) with a small business size standard of $9M. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is X1FB Lease/Rental OF Recreational Buildings.

Evaluation of the quote will be based on PRICE ONLY with conforming services; award will be made to the vendor whose response represents the Best Value to the government. **NOTE** Please see the FAR clause 52.212-2 – Evaluation – Commercial Products and Commercial Services for full evaluation information and included addendum. Sunday May 19, 2024 SOLICITATION CLOSING TIME: 11:59 PM PDT Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all the stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Interested offeror quotations shall be valid for at least 15 days after the solicitation close date.

Requirement Description: The Nevada National Guard Child and Youth Program intends to provide a 3-day, 2-night overnight resilience-building, adventure youth resilience camp experience for Nevada National Guard (NVNG) children and youth inclusive of lodging, six (6) meals, two (2) snacks, activities, and meeting space.

The camp will gather military children, youth, and adult chaperones from southern Nevada to provide youth experiential learning activities in which to build resilient individuals in support of resilient Service Members and Families. Youth are given the opportunity to participate in challenging and healthy risk-taking activities to focus on leadership, resilience, and teamwork skills, as well as foster the development of life skills and avocations.

The following must be in your bid: The deliverables listed in the SOR, all associated costs of the requirement in your total price, and your CAGE and UEI number.
