Amendment 001 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer Contractor Requests for Information and to introduce a revised Performance Work Statement incorporating additional requirements. The consolidated question and answers and revised PWS are included as attachments to this amendment. The closing date for offers due is NOT extended.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered.
Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ).
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02 effective 1/22/2024, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 1/22/2024. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training (SBA Size Standard is $15M). The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is U006 -Education/training- Vocational/Technical.
Evaluation of the quote will be based on PRICE ONLY with conforming services; award will be made to the vendor whose response represents the Best Value to the government. **NOTE** Please see the FAR clause 52.212-2 – Evaluation – Commercial Products and Commercial Services for full evaluation information and included addendum. Description: The Nevada Army National Guard (NVANG) requires two training sessions of contractor conducted OSHA General Training- 30 Hour. Offeror proposals must include:

Provide: -Completed Pricing Table contained in attachment "W9124X24Q0004 Combined Synopsis Solicitation OSHA Training" -Course information/syllabus/agenda meeting the required training objectives and technical requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement. -Capabilities statement demonstrating reasonable assurance that the contractor can successfully perform the required training. Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement for details.
