Amendment 1: The purpose of amendment 1 is to provide answers and questions that were submitted.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offeror shall submit this document and the solicitation completed fully in its entirety back to the contracting office.

This is a service requirement to provide all plant facilities, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and any other items and services necessary to perform pickup/delivery laundry and dry cleaning services in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) over a five-year ordering period. The Contractor shall receive, account for, process and return all items tendered for cleaning at Hunter Army Airfield and Fort Stewart, GA.

This notice shall be considered a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation number is W9124M-24-R-0004. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-02. Effective Date 22 January 2024. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a proposal.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 812320 Dry cleaning and Laundry Service (Except Coin-Operated) with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $8.0 million. All proposals shall be received no later than 02:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), 15 April 2024 via e-mail to addresses provided.
