NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) TO PROVIDE GREASE EXHAUST CLEANING SERVICES ON FORT SILL, OKLAHOMA. Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, intends to award a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement to Marmic Fire & Safety Co Inc. Services will consist of removing accumulated oily sludge, grease, dirt and lint from grease exhaust systems and associated duct work, vents, and motors as directed by the requiring activity.

All exhaust systems shall be to a standard that will prevent deterioration of the grease exhaust systems and eliminate the possibility of a fire hazard. This requirement shall be awarded as a Blanket Purchase Agreement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561790, size standard $9,000,000.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all capabilities received within seven (7) calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any questions must be made in writing and directed to:
