PROCUREMENTIQ SUBSCRIPTION

THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract for a subscription to IBISWorld’s ProcurementIQ on a SOLE SOURCE basis but is seeking vendors that may be able to provide this requirement in order to support a competitive procurement. Accordingly, the U.S. Government highly encourages all interested business (large and small) to respond to this sources sought synopsis.

In addition, small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), must describe their identifying capabilities in meeting the requirements at a fair market price, i.e., information which may help support a set-aside.

Questions for this sources sought shall be submitted on or before 4:00 P.M. CST on 23 August 2024. Government Response will be provided within four business days after receipt of all questions. Responses to this sources sought notice shall be submitted on or before 1:00 PM CST on 28 August 2024 via email to Teresa M. Agostino, Contract Specialist at Teresa.m.agostino.civ@army.mil and Stephen Fuller, Contracting Officer at Stephen.b.fuller4.civ@army.mil.

The Government will not return any information submitted in response to this notice. All questions MUST be in writing. In all responses, please reference W9124J-24-R-PRIQ and ProcurementIQ in the subject line. Verbal questions will not be accepted. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation.

No telephonic responses will be accepted. No solicitation currently exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in www.sam.gov. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation or synopsis.
