Food Service Equipment for New DFAC on Ft Jackson

The Government requires ninety?three (93) commercial kitchen and dining facility equipment line items to support the operational readiness of the new Fort Jackson DFAC. The requirement spans thirty?two (32) categories, including major equipment (ice machines, steam kettles), material?handling items, cookware, prep tools, processing equipment, dinnerware, and flatware. The requiring activity used brand?name?or?equal descriptions solely to document the salient characteristics of the items needed and relied on offerors to ensure all quoted items complied with statutory RFO DFARS 252.225-7965 (Berry Amendment – Dinnerware and Stainless-Steel Flatware) requirements.
