IDS/ICIDS MAINTENANCE

The contractor will provide DAQ certified technicians to maintain and service 200 Alarm zones within the Garrison. All maintenance tasks shall be performed IAW the equipment manufacturer’s recommendation. The Contractor shall employ personnel in performance of this contract who possess the mandatory skills, licenses and ICIDS DAQ certifications as stated herein. Contractor personnel entering Fort Eisenhower /Gillem Enclave, Georgia, shall abide by all security regulations and shall be subject to security checks.

Standard maintenance service calls repair completed within 48 hours from when malfunction was identified /reported. The Contractor shall resolve and complete all emergency service maintenance repairs within twenty-four (48) from request. The Contractor must also complete all required training.
