W91249-22-D-0013 Notice of Sources Sought in relation to the Directorate of Public Works (DPW)-Fort Eisenhower intent to raise the ceiling on the current 2022-2028 Construction (JOC) contract.
Authority: 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies of Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
Description of Action: DPW requests an increase to the contract ceiling for the Construction (JOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract No. W91249-22-D-0013, awarded to UD Contracting Inc. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to Raise the Ceiling on the Construction (JOC) Contract. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Fort Eisenhower Mission and Installation Contracting Command intends to raise the ceiling on the Construction JOC Contract with the above mentioned construction company.
