Special Operations Combatives Tactical Integration Services

Amendment 1:Uploading questions and answers as well as updated PWS. This combined synopsis and solicitation announces RFQ W91248-26-Q-A010 for Special Operations Combatives Program Tactical Integration Services at Fort Campbell, KY, under NAICS 611699 with a 100% Small Business set aside. The requirement is one job covering the period 30 September 2026 through 29 September 2031, with inspection and acceptance at Fort Campbell.

This is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures, supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and conducted using FAR Part 12 procedures. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 and requires submission of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Products and Commercial services (DEVIATION 2025 O0003 and 2025 O00004).

Addendum to provisions FAR 52.212 1 Instructions to Offerors, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Products and Commercial Services (DEVIATION 2026O0038) apply to this acquisition, incorporating text at FAR 52.212-4(a), Inspection of Services Fixed Price. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
