This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only, to determine the availability and capability of businesses to provide laundry, latrine, and shower services in support of an upcoming requirement. This is not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this notice.

Introduction: The 82nd Airborne Division is seeking to identify qualified sources capable of providing comprehensive laundry, latrine, and shower services for approximately 3,400 personnel. The services are required for a temporary period in Alexandria, Louisiana.

Requirement Details: The contractor shall provide, install, maintain, and service all necessary equipment and supplies to support the following services for the duration of the period of performance.

1. Laundry Services: Capability to service 3,400 personnel. Services should include washing, drying, and folding. A system for individual laundry bag collection and return is required. A proposed turnaround time of no more than 24 hours is highly desirable.

2. Latrine Services: Provide a sufficient number of portable latrine units to accommodate 3,400 personnel, including ADA-compliant units. All units must be fully serviced daily, to include pumping, cleaning, and restocking of all necessary supplies (e.g., toilet paper, hand sanitizer).

3. Shower Services: Provide mobile shower trailers with a sufficient number of shower heads to accommodate 3,400 personnel. Showers must have the capability to provide temperature-controlled water. All shower units must be cleaned and sanitized daily.

Period of Performance: The services are required from 1 March, 2026 through 21 March, 2026. Place of Performance: All services will be delivered and performed in Alexandria, Louisiana.

Capabilities Statement: Interested parties should submit a capabilities statement that demonstrates their ability to meet the requirements outlined above. The statement should include, at a minimum: Company name, address, point of contact, and business size status. A brief description of the company's experience in providing similar services in terms of scope and scale. A summary of available equipment and personnel to fulfill the requirement. Any other relevant information that demonstrates the company's ability to perform the work.
