Additionally, the Government will utilize procedures in accordance with RFO Part 12 and RFO FAR Part 15. This is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with Solicitation Number W91247-26-Q-A029 The contractor shall provide all personnel shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to perform support services as defined in this PWS.
