Attachment 01 SOW - now reads 01 FZ-40113-25 Revised SOW , Attachment g. FZ-40113-25 Office Dimensions - now reads g. FZ-40113-25 Revised Office Dimensions. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Bragg (MICC-BR) has received a requirement from the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) FZ-40113-25 Replace Carpet inf Offices, 2-1731, Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

The Statement of Work contains specific deliverables and identifies the scope of work that is to be completed by the contractor. The contractor is required to furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision, and materials necessary to perform the required work outlined in the Statement of work and technical exhibits. RSVP SITE VISIT 4PM, EDT, 4 SEP 2025 SITE VISIT 10AM, EDT, 8 SEP 2025 Q AND A 10AM, EDT, 10 SEP 2025 RFQ SUBMISSION 4PM, EDT 17 SEP 2025. Submission Requirements:

a. All question shall be emailed to Paul Ciabotti at paul.m.ciabotti.mil@army.mil and Philhwa Kim at philhwa.kim.mil@army. mil no later than 12:00 PM, noon, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 10 SEP 2025. Late questions may not be accepted or considered. All questions and answers will be combined on a single document which will be made available to all qualified offerors, on a non-attribution basis. Verbal questions will not be answered.
