UPDATE: 20 MARCH 2024 - AMENDMENT 0002 Please read the evaluation criteria at FAR Clause 52.212-2 from Amendment 0001. If you don’t return these documents, you will not be considered for award. Please pay attention to the addition of a technical evaluation factor within Subfactor 1. -Contractor shall acknowledge for Subfactor 1, that XVIII ARBN CORPS G4 move dates will be provided after contract award. SUMMARY OF CHANGES The purpose of this amendment 0002 to Solicitation W91247-24-Q-0002 is to do the following.

Provide Answers to Contractor Questions Update Technical Exhibit 3 (T.E.3) Change CLIN Structure Update Pricing Matrix to reflect new CLIN Structure Additional Technical Evaluation factor added to Subfactor 1 in relation to XVIII ARBN CORPS G4 move schedule If you intend on submitting a quote, please reply ALL to this email with your UEI number. We will not be answering any further Contractor questions. The solicitation date and time remains the same, the solicitation will close at 10:00am EST, 25 March 2024. Anything received after this time we will not accept.

Add FAR Clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services Please ensure you include the 3 evaluation subfactors listed below and pricing matrix with the submission of your quote. Subfactor 1: Move Availability Schedule in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2 and Addendum 52.212-1. The Move Availability Schedule Shall include the following. 1. Anticipated start date 2. Estimated completion date (in accordance with the Delivery Schedule) 3. Estimated duration of the work 4. Building numbers Subfactor 2: Subcontracting Information Please return the Price Matrix and SIGNED Solicitation and All Amendments with the submission of your quote.

ORIGINAL SOLICITATION

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, 900th Contracting Battalion issues this solicitation notice for non-personal services for Office and Furniture Moving on Ft. Liberty, NC. This will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside and will be verified on the SBA website. AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS

Subject To Availability of Funds Funds are NOT presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.

SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A site visit will be conducted on 14 March 2024 on Ft. Liberty, NC. Base Access is required in order to attend the site visit. Base Access can be requested at https://home.army.mil/liberty/application/files/6816/8372/2450/FORT_LIBERTY_VISITOR_PASS_REQUEST_USING_ONLINE_PRE.pdf Issues with gaining base access shall be brought to the Contracting Office attention no later than 1500 on Wednesday 13 March 2023. The Site Visit will start at 1000 am and last approximately 3 hours.

Contractors will be allowed to take room measurements and given the opportunity to ask questions during this time. All Questions and Answers during the site visit will be provided in an amendment following the site visit. It is recommended to print Technical Exhibit 3 and bring to the site visit with you.
