**Update 7/22 -Read this full update: Please review attached Amendment 0001. Also, we received an overwhelming amount of questions on this solicitation. I have attached a Questions and Answer PDF that includes some of the Contractor questions and Government responses. If you have submitted a question that is not answered in the QandA attachment and the question(s) were sent before 1500 PST on July 22nd, 2026, please send your questions again to the POC emails. The cut off time for questions remains the same, 10:00 AM PST on Friday, July 31st 2026.

Update 7/20 - We have received many inquiries regarding a site visit. There will not be a site visit for this requirement. We will not be responding to any questions referencing a site visit.* All questions for this solicitation must be submitted in writing, via email, to the POCs listed below. The cut off time and date to submit questions is 10:00 AM PDT on Friday, July 31st 2026 . No additional questions will be accepted after this date.
