W9123826QA015 – Septic Pumping at Englebright Lake (EBL) Base + 4 The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation Request for Quotes (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Septic Pumping Services at Englebright Lake (EBL).

Project Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform on-call sewage pumping services at multiple vault and holding tank locations at Englebright Lake. Services include the safe removal and off-site disposal of sewage. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 562991 Septic Tank and Related Services. The size standard is $9.0 million. Product Service Code is S222 Housekeeping- Waste Treatment/Storage.

The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 12 May 2026 with quote due tentatively on 4 June 2026. In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1(c)(2), the Government is soliciting directly from offerors. Interested parties may contact the government POC to request a copy of the solicitation. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
