U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Sacramento District (SPK), is seeking interested business sources for an environmental and construction requirement titled: “South Pacific Division (SPD) Regional $249 Million Pre-placed Remedial Action Contract (PRAC)” This will be an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order (MATOC) with firm-fixed-price and cost-reimbursable task orders.

The PRAC will be a regional tool for SPD and may be used by its four districts: Albuquerque, Los Angeles, Sacramento, and San Francisco. The SPD boundary covers 9 states (California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico and parts of Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming, and Texas). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 562910, Remediation Services with a size standard of 1,000 employees.
