UPDATE:SITE VISIT on 24 APRIL 2024 @ 9:00 AM PDT at Tracy Defense Distribution Depot. Please meet at the Visitor’s Center address is Tracy Defense Distribution Depot 25600 S Chrisman Rd, Tracy, CA 95304. The Government will meet all parties there and lead them to Building 100 Room 51A/B at 9:00AM for the briefing and tour.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Sacramento District is issuing a construction solicitation, W91238-24-B-0004, for a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for Real Property Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) minor construction in support of the Tracy Facilitiies & Equipment Engineering Division at Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Tracy Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin (DDJC Tracy). The preponderance of the work is within Tracy, California.

General Information: Work under this contract is typical of a JOC for small, multi-trade projects comprised of multiple construction trades, which includes but not limited to site work, demolition and build back, replacement of mechanical systems and controls, preservation of infrastructure, renovation, replacement of finishes, and some vertical construction. Procurement will be solicited as 100% small business set-aside.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction; the Small Business Administration size standard is $45M per annum. The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. Firm-fixed price task orders placed under this contract will range in value from $2K to $4M.
