Confined Space Rescue BPA Agreement

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, is soliciting Permit Required Confined Space Rescue Services to support scheduled inspections and maintenance activities at eight reservoir facilities located throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and qualified personnel necessary to provide confined space rescue support during scheduled entries into dam discharge conduits.

Services will be ordered on an as needed basis through Calls issued under a Blanket Purchase Agreement. All interested vendors are asked to upload their capability statements along with a signed copy of the solicitation. Please see document W911WN26QA071 for full details.
