The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District, intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of two (2) T-BERD handheld test instruments (TB5800-FAMILY3), TB/MTS 5800 Family Configurator, dual-port 100G to authorized distributors.
