Kinzua Dam Navigational Buoy

The requirement consists of installation, realignment, removal, cleaning, and maintenance of approximately 77 navigational buoys at the Allegheny Reservoir. The buoys are can-type, 9 inches in diameter and 60 inches in length, with regulatory messages and symbols. Required services include transporting buoys, anchors, chains, and hardware, performing accurate water depth measurements, securing anchors, and performing maintenance as required throughout the boating season. Additionally, the buoys need to be cleaned and stored after the season. All work must comply with applicable environmental and safety regulations.
