Bronze Bushings for Emsworth Locks and Dam

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W911WN24Q7145, is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ) for a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 331420. The SBA size standard for this NAICS is 1,050 employees.

This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. The United States Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for bushings at the Emsworth Locks and Dam, Pittsburgh, PA, 15225. Quote submittals are due No Later Than 12:00pm Eastern Time on Friday, August 2, 2024. Any late quotes will not be evaluated. Quotes will be sent directly to the Points of Contact as indicated in this posting.

The contractor shall deliver the ITEMS to the Pittsburgh Engineering Warehouse and Repair Shops (PEWARS) located at 3500 Grand Avenue, Neville Island, Pittsburgh, PA 15225-1584. Delivery of the items shall be VIA FOB DESTINATION NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 1, 2024, between 0800 and 1430 hours Monday through Thursday; excluding holidays.
