The quote submittal due date for this solicitation has been extended from 16 July 2024 to 23 July 2024.-------------------------------------?The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Methane Intrusion Assessment and Mitigation Plan for Point Marion Lock and Dam as defined in these Specifications except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.

Place of Performance: Point Marion Lock and Dam, 304 Power Plant Road, Dilliner, PA.

Objectives: The purpose of this contract is to have the Contractor perform the following tasks:? Perform continuous methane monitoring in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement Point Marion Methane Assessment and Mitigation (section 2.1.1)? Propose a methane mitigation plan and continual monitory strategy in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement Point Marion Methane Assessment and Mitigation (section 2.1.2)
