Removal and Replacement of Dishwasher BLDG 20226

Scope of work includes the removal and replacement of the existing commercial dishwasher, food tray accumulator, and water heat booster at the existing Dining Facility, building 20226. The Contractor shall provide a new commercial dishwasher, food tray accumulator, and water heat booster, and all associated components with a capacity that meets or exceed the existing units.

The Contractor shall provide all work, labor, materials, related fees, and related services for construction requested herein until completion and acceptance of the entire work, except for any completed unit of work which may have been accepted under the contract, by the Government in a professional and collaborative environment to sustain mission requirements. Construction services and finished products shall be delivered on schedule, safely, and compliant with regulatory codes and standards.
