B118 Repair Replace Shingle Roof

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss, TX is issuing a construction solicitation W911SG-25-B-A026, in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at Fort Bliss, Texas.

General Information: Remove existing asphalt shingle roofing system at building 118 and provide a new metal shingles. Project includes some wood plank deck replacement, new self-adhering underlayment, new metal roof shingles, existing wood soffit and fascia repair and paint, the reinforcement of rafters exposed at soffit, new prefinished drip edge, gutters, and downspouts. Provide a six-nail pattern at each shingle installation.

Install in accordance with roofing manufacturers details required to meet manufacturer's 30-year roof warranty 120 mph wind speed coverage. Building 118 is a historical building. Procurement will be solicited as one hundred percent (100%) Service- Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) . The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed has been issued.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 (Size Standard $19 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $250,000. and $500,000.
