Winch (1) The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation as a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.104-1(a), under NAIS Code 333112 – Lawn and Garden Tractor and Home Lawn and Garden Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,500 employees.
