SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION - S23 PerkinElmer Three-Rack Autosampler at West Point, NY

The U.S. Army, West Point Mission Installation Contracting Command Office, (MICC) is issuing this solicitation for the PerkinElmer S23 Three Rack AutoSampler, at West Point, NY. The Period of Performance (POP) is 11 August 2025 – 10 October 2025. This requirement is unrestricted under NAICS code 334516 – Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, size standard is 1,000 employees and PSC is J066.

In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the SAM system. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation and documents issued, as criteria stated in the solicitation shall govern. This solicitation is issued in electronic format only, on the internet at: https://www.sam.gov.

It is the offeror’s responsibility to check the website provided (https://www.sam.gov) as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments. Quotes and additional supporting documentation (if required) must be submitted as instructed on or before the close date noted in the solicitation. Request for Proposal (RFP) IS DUE NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, JULY 7, 2025, AT 11:00 AM EASTERN STANDARD TIME.

All interested offerors must e-mail their proposals with the completed Solicitation W911SD-25-R-A020 with complete pricing no later than Thursday, July 7, 2025 by 11 am. Eastern Standard Time.
