Intent to Sole Source -Edit, Proofread, Design & Layout of Manuscript, at the United States Military Academy, at West Point, NY

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – Storij, Inc. Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: Storij, Inc., 134 N 4th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11249 for: Editing, Proofreading and Design of a Manuscript, QTY 1 EACH This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice.

A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 06/12/2025 by 12:00 pm. Eastern Standard Time by e-mail to Tara.M.Damico.civ@army.mil.
